Registration Forms
To register for classes, download and complete the "Emergency Information" and "Rules and Policies" forms below and bring them to the Cumberland Gymnastics Office. Note, class registration is limited so please call first to check availability. Thank you.

2008-2009 Class Calendar


Munchkins
Three year olds are grouped in a class with a 6:1 student teacher ratio. The major emphasis is placed on having fun and learning basic tumbling skills, but children will also receive instruction on vaulting, bars, balance beam and trampoline.

Kinderkids
Four years through kindergarten age. Children are placed in groups with an 8:1 student to teacher ratio. Children learn basic skills on tumbling, bars, balance beam, vaulting and trampoline. The children are kept busy and challenged with circuit stations while waiting for turns with the instructor.

Parent / Child
18 months through 2 year olds participate with an adult in a class designed to allow the child opportunities to learn through movement. The parent will help the child with some structured activities as well as supervise some free exploration time.

Girls
The basic hour and fifteen minute class is age and ability grouped with a ratio of 8 students per instructor. Students are taught skills in a safe and progressive manner on vaulting, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise and trampoline.

Boys
This one hour and fifteen minute class is age grouped with a ratio of 8 students per instructor. Boys receive instruction in tumbling, vaulting, parallel bars, high bar, rings and trampoline. Increasing overall strength is also a primary goal.

Girls Advanced
This 90 minute class has a ratio of 8 students per instructor. Students must be able to round off back handspring without assistance as well as have previous experience working on all the girls' apparatus.

Girls Tumbling
Students will be skill grouped in a class with a 8:1 student teacher ratio. Instruction will be given according to each student's skill level. We will use trampoline, tumble track, wedge mats and the spring floor to help students achieve new tumbling skills in a safe and progressive manner.
